Do I need an account to use Sunset Babies?
No. You can read the resource library, browse organizations and light a candle without signing up. An account lets you add and manage a memorial and join the community.
Is it free?
Yes — everything we offer is free to families. Donations from those who can give keep it that way.
Will my memorial be public?
Only if you choose to make it public, and every new memorial is reviewed by a person before it appears on the wall. You can keep a memorial private and see it only on your own dashboard.
How long does review take?
We aim to review new memorials within one business day. We read every one.
Can I share a memorial for someone who wasn't my child?
Yes. Many families add a memorial for a grandchild, sibling, niece, nephew or a friend's child. Use the relationship field to say how you're connected.
Can I request that a memorial be removed?
Absolutely. Sign in and delete it from your dashboard, or contact us and we will remove it for you.
How are donations processed?
Securely through PayPal or Stripe when those are enabled, or as a manual pledge that our team follows up by email. We never store your card details.
Is my information safe?
We use encrypted connections, hashed passwords and keep as little personal data as possible. See our privacy policy for the details.
