- Memorials — the name, dates, message and optional photo you choose to share.
- Messages — anything you send us through the contact form.
- Basic technical data — such as your IP address, used to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To operate the site, show public memorials you have chosen to make public, reply to your messages, and keep the service secure. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
What you control
You choose whether a memorial is public. You can edit or delete your memorials, update your details, or ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.
Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising cookies.
Third parties
If online giving is enabled, payment details are handled directly by PayPal or Stripe. If live chat is enabled, the chat provider may set its own cookies. We link to external organizations but are not responsible for their practices.
